2026 International Conference
“Roots of Hope: Supporting Children’s Spiritual Wellbeing in Times of Global Change”
14-16 July 2026

The 2026 conference will promote conversations about children’s spirituality and explore how the research and practices of participants contribute to new understandings and ways of nurturing the spirit of the child. The conference will consist of a series of scholarly and practical conversations. Paper presenters will share their research through papers that will be posted online ahead of time and short (15-20 minute maximum) live presentations, with group discussion. Papers and sessions will be in English.
Registration and costing details for IACS members:
Full registration (accommodation 13th [night before the conference begins], 14th & 15th July and meals*): £100
*meals include breakfast, morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea, dinner (14th, 15th July). Breakfast, morning tea (16th July). Dinner is not provided on 13th July.
Day rate: £28 (day rate includes morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea)
Student full registration (proof of enrolment in a full-time graduate program): £50
